I found the best look for black light was to make a fixture using standard light diffusers with the cheap black light panels behind them. I have had some panels overheat and die quick and some last for 2 years. Hit or miss but it gives the best look after testing a bunch of different solution. Dig your poster too.

That is an impressive collection in the USA. I can only imagine what that cost in the UK.
