    Quoted from superNoid:

Was going to wait a bit longer before sharing since I have a Deadpool on order. But seeing that its now pushed to December 2023 production, why not? This has been a work in progress for the back half of 2022. Used to be my kid's play room, which just collected toys. Started flipping to the game room around Oct of 2022.
Deadpool coming this year and have another open spot I'm saving for MMr2024. Will hold on 3 pins then make room for others as needed in the coming years. At least... thats what I've told my wife lol.

Love the clean, modern look. Extra points for Pliney the Elder!

So, here’s my game room as it is today. My newest addition was a couple rolls of 1/2” neon gaffer tape to add some glow to my Arcade1up collection and skeeball game. The retro consoles are all modified or running an everdrive with the entire library of games except for the ps1 (haven’t got to it yet) and ps2 (it only has about 200 games on the hard drive). They can be played on the Sony crt in the corner or on the projector, or both at the same time. This side of the room has a pretty kick ass surround sound system for watching movies too. The other side of the room is for my 1up’s, full sized mame cabinet, and a racing chair connected to a ps3. There’s a 10 foot storage room behind the back wall that will eventually become part of this room as I need more space for games, but that project is a couple years away. My next addition will probably be an AFM pin, unless there’s a new 1up that catches my attention before then. Cool use of neon tape, I like the projected screen.

Don’t let arcade 1up get in the way of afm

Looking nice! You do need a real pinball or 2 in there though

I like the tape idea on skeeball! I have Ice Ball and might have to look into something like that. Looks cool!

I sold GoT pre a month before Covid, haven’t been in a position to replace it yet, but a real pin is high priority.

I rearranged the games and added some decorations. I really like the signed pictures.

Nice! I have that same globe, got it from my grandpa. Used to sit on my Comet but Comet is now under a lower part of the ceiling so it’s on our piano. I remember playing with it as a kid 30 plus years ago when I would go over to my grandparents.

Like your artisan towel covers, do the same on my games. Besides keeping the pf's protected from sunlight/uv rays, it also serves as a subtle way of presenting which games are available for others to play. And then there's the feeling of putting a bad pin to rest after a rather terrible set of games, or the deeply appreciated game after stellar play. You can probably guess which happens most often...

I'm a sucker for the VHS case style blankets for the themes I buy. Always someone on etsy that will make them, and of course the Halloween one was a Creepy Co grab.

Young kids really seem to love NGG at my house. TAF is a little too spooky for him and he’s terrified of Haunted House.

Not sure this is the right forum but with all the different game rooms it seems appropriate. I’m moving my pins into another room where vinyl flooring was just installed. Unfortunately I just learned the hard way that it scratches easily.

Does anyone have any recommendations to leg pads to put underneath so it doesn’t scratch when pins are moved? They were previously on durable tile and carpet so I didn’t have this issue before. By default I’m thinking the furniture pads you can get on Amazon but recall I’ve seen pinball specific ones on various forums. Thanks in advance.

I use these, available in many colors if that's your thing. https://www.pinballlife.com/perfectplay-silicone-leg-leveler-casters-set-of-4.html

I use these on vinyl floors. Makes it easy to slide them out for maintenance.

I’ve also used these, which prevent the game from moving. I felt like tilts slightly went up when I did so I switched back to only using the sliders.

Thanks for posting this! I have these on a couple of my machines and I like them, and I needed more for the games that I have added, but I couldn't remember where I got them from. These work great for moving the game on my laminate.

I have some of the silicone feet, which are nice, but it makes it damn near impossible to move the game for maintenance; they grip the floor with a vengeance!

    #21731 1 year ago

    I use these -

    https://www.homedepot.ca/product/everbilt-1-3-4-inch-low-friction-furniture-cups-4-pack-/1000784703

It's like they were made for pinball feet if you get the right size - and they aren't grippy really, they have a plastic bottom so you can slide the game.

Every hardware store I've been to sells them in a 4 pack.

    #21732 1 year ago

I just got these from amazon and they seem great. I use them on low pile office carpet mainly so i can do saves.

I had been cutting pieces of sample carpet I picked up from a Friend that
has a business, but lately I've been using these pads for the game room with
the hardwood flooring. Instead of depending only on the stickim, I've been
contact cementing them on and so far, so good. I'll probably use them for
    the ceramic tile flooring also..

I have the zoltar thread about the custom Zoltar I had made for our company but I figured I would post it here because I am so proud of it.

Also want to give huge props to Characters Unlimited.

They were amazing to work with. If you ever want some custom animation figures or a custom Zoltar go for it!!!

Very cool. For you Zoltar fans, New Wave Toys is currently making a mini replica Zoltar for $99.99. It will feature moving head, mouth, eyes and arm, with 16 recorded messages. They are taking pre-orders for late 2023 shipping. Or, you can get a pretty cool mini Zoltar with fortune cards for $11 on Amazon. I put one on my TZ, although I don’t believe any episode featured one. A genie was featured in season 2.

Electric Lou has a real Zoltar. Besides his amazing house, The Zoltar always stood out when I first saw his gameroom six or seven years ago

I have the zoltar thread about the custom Zoltar I had made for our company but I figured I would post it here because I am so proud of it.
Also want to give huge props to Characters Unlimited.
They were amazing to work with. If you ever want some custom animation figures or a custom Zoltar go for it!!!

The customization has been pretty impressive.
This Locktar is actually made in my dad’s image with custom fortunes wit specific messaging.

I have been watching the progression and it turned out awesome. Really like the colors chosen and the depiction of your father is great. What a fun way to advertise to your customer base.

My wife has announced a certain preference recently, when I just had asked for a place to put my keys... sorry JJP, CGC, Haggis, Dutch...
