Another rearrangement . TOM and TOTAN added. Really getting to the limit here. IJPA coming in over the weekend. Guess it’s time to ditch the couch

Yes, ditch the couch..... no time to be sitting down....

If you need seating get a few stools that can be used to play pinball.

Okay, now I have to search for a Star Wars pachinko machine! Where did you find that???

Seems the perfect scenario. one person looking for the game and one person who has one and doesn't like it.

    Quoted from punkin:

I wanted to get rid of them but my wife shot that idea down. Besides, they are in a space I really can't use for anything else.

I have always scratched my head with pachinko machines? Such a novelty, I thought maybe the Chinese like to just look at bright lights and little balls moving around. People seem fascinated by them but I think they are fugly and useless, get a slot machine or dart board that actually functions as a game imo.

Japanese not Chinese, how is a slot machine any different, they both are games of luck. I agee with you on the dartboard, it is a game of skill.

Recently did some game rearangling to make room for the newest addition, the ultra rate Bally SENTE Stompin' and its pad. This was the first arcade game to use the floor pad, more than a decade before DDR was even thought of.

Yep, restore from a few years ago. I still need to finish routing the Control Panel wood and get the CPO and proper trackball and buttons installed. That blank CP was from when I did a run of reproduction control panel wiring harnesses.

Yeah, my same thoughts. I like them as decoration, but unless you got gamblers feeding them change for beer money (or pin money) there isn't much use of them.

Am I blind, or is your legendary Omega Race cockpit not in your arcade?? Too big to get in there?

There are a row of games between Pole Position and Joust not pictured and a room with games behind them. But no, Omega Race Cockpit is not yet downstairs. It will fit I just haven't moved it down and I plan to take it to more shows so odds are it will live in the garage for a bit. Omega Race Cabaret is downstairs though.

This was a long time coming but it’s finally done. Williams Upper Deck will be added in the coming weeks.

Hello all, still fairly new here but happy to play along. Here are some pics of the arcade room / Pinewood Theater. Still a work in progress of course but aren't they all?

This looks really nice and really well done. Many folks (like me) just have a space crammed full of as much nerdness as we can fit. This is actually well put together.

Work in progress? I am seeing lifetime goals here. This is definitely one of my favorite setups that I have seen on this site and there only two pins.

    Thanks!

I actually got that from a theater that closed about 10 years ago. It was a double sided deal so I just removed the one face and used it as a single poster box. I changed the flourescent bulbs to LED tube lights.

They are still available to buy new but they are about $1700.

Pinewood Theater a play on Pinewood Studios?

We live in a small town called Pinewood. It was a booming little town in the 1920's in the logging industry. It's since died off and little remains of it. Just a tribute to by gone days.

That is a tight space in between Pinballs, but I love it. It just means you have a crud load of machines. Great job!

I think the pins being angled (which is awesome wolffcub) makes them look closer than they really are. But yeah those of us without expansive wide open basements have to keep them tight.

Did the best i could with the tight space but they are angled enough you can still walk pats a player and remove the glass of of the angled ones easily. The classics need a little twist to get the glass out but its easy work. Picture makes it look tighter than it is.

I tried this method for awhile, but it...didn't work right as they actually took up more space since they are pulled away from the wall on their length, so they stick out furhter, and longer <-----> end to end for the same reason. Ended up going back to just a straight up line. I guess it depends on how much room you actually have and how you use your space. I like the looks of both.
