Now I need 3 pins! Looks awesome. Been on 2 pins for quite sometime. You have convinced me 3 is a must. Nice work!

Haha! Yes 3 is a great number. It will grow by one or 2 more when CGC releases more!
Finally had a chance to do a video tour of the arcade/diner/movie theater/nano brewery/bar. I realized after I made the video I spoke of the pinball machines like a noob, but I had originally posted on my home brewing forum and they may not be familiar with pinball. I hope to have a better representation of the setup with everything turned on cooking food etc during a party at some point. I have a few ancillary projects going on making the basement a bit cluttered.
Honestly though, all my inspiration for the entertainment area came from Pinside. The nano electric brewery came from homebrewtalks forum. Sharing in both.
Thank you all for the inspiration!

Looks fantastic ! I would definitely need the couch that turns into the bed, with the wine snow cones so close....no chance in making it upstairs.... area looks great, plenty to do
Quoted from Pinwiz1985:Keezer as you know is a chest freezer with a temp controller on it keeping it between 38-41F. The lines and barrels stay cold with a 3 inch bilge fan moving the cold air inside from bottom to top. The 2x10 collar is insulated. There is a controller keeping the fan at a slow speed. A magnetic reed switch on the lid operates a DPDT relay so when the lid is closed the fan is on, and lid open turns on an LED 5050 strip for light inside. No beer foaming as the operating pressure, carbonation level is balanced with the line length/diameter. So no co2 comes out of solution.
What is the capacity of each cylinder? And how are they filled? Does the beer distributor fill them or do you?
Quoted from pinwiztom:What is the capacity of each cylinder? And how are they filled? Does the beer distributor fill them or do you?
Those are Cornelius kegs (aka corny kegs) they are roughly 5.5 gallons kegs that the soda industry used to use for fountain drink syrup. They are now mostly for home brewers. The CO2 and Nitrogen cylinders come in different sizes and you can get those at home brew supply stores

Correct!! 14 of the 5 gal corny kegs, and two of the 2.5gal corny kegs. 5lb CO2 tank for serving pressure, and a 20 cu/ft nitro tank filled with 75% nitrogen / 35% CO2, AKA "Beergas," AKA the stuff Guinness is served with. I have the last tap outfitted with a stout nozzle for my imperial stout I made. I do have a very large 20lb co2 tankfor force carbing beers. I make all my beer, wines, and ciders. Typically make 5 gal batches, but I do have a very large 30gal kettle where 3 of my friends and I split evenly if we are making a beer we all like.
Quoted from Pinwiz1985:Correct!! 14 of the 5 gal corny kegs,
So I guess if you bought a couple cases of Keystone Light or PBR
one could open those and pour into a "Corny" kegs
to satisfy those with a limited taste range?
No. Why would you take beer out of a convenient package just to put it in a less convenient package?
You could learn to brew a clean lager though.
Quoted from punkin:You could learn to brew a clean lager though.
I mean if you hate flavor you could do that… lol. No offense. Lagers are a pain to brew well.
If you homebrew, you would rather your bud light friend bring their cans rather than drink something you made, not enjoy it and end up pouring it out. There is an older generation that doesn’t know that beer is anything but a yellow fizzy liquid, and it can be tough to open their eyes to other options.
I won't drink lager, but plenty of people do.
I'm a dirty ale drinker. Started brewing when i was in my teens and was brewing up to 1500l a year not long ago. I buy beer nowadays as i'm too lazy. Not much i can't ferment. Cider, bourbon, rum, beer.
Quoted from AlexF:You're a man of many talents Punkin.
hahah, i even got into pickles to follow my fermentation habit for a while;
This stuff was one of my greatest according to mates;
The Thai Terror. One shot would shut you up for 15mins. Gave some to a bloke once and he asked his missus 10 mins later in a tiny voice to please take him home.

You doing the no chill method? You must be Australian
Yeah i used to do back to back 80l batches (8 kegs in a brewday), so had to no-chill. Beauty was i could put down 3 or 4 different beers to ferment at any time and always had different beers fresh and ready to go.
Important when you are as hooked on wheat beer as i was. Always best fresh.

I use a 35L brewzilla . There is definitely an advantage to having fresh wort you can just chuck in the fermenter at anytime. After I finish my latest pin restore, I need to get back to brewing.

Makes no sense. If you want that beer, got plenty of fridge space to store it before you drink it

Lagers require precise temp control among other things. I have a controller heat element and swamp cooler to control fermentation temps, but i brew mostly porters and stouts. I do one NEIPA citra/mosaic, and I have a Sam Adams white christmas ale clone on tap that is a wheat beer. I even have a peanut butter porter made with reeses pieces... The next experimental brew is a s'mores stout, wifes receipe not mine lol
The glass rinser in action. Not the best video though.
I got the same setup on my jockey box with 4 taps. Wife custom made it for me. Its a huge attraction at the home brew festivals and when I need cold drink up in the backyard for those who dont want to come downstairs.

That jockey box is awesome. I was just in CT for drinks. Had to hit up Labyrinth brewing and Bidwell tavern
Quoted from Pinzap:While we’re so deep into the subject of gameroom pics, does anyone want to stop over for some ribs this weekend? Got me a new smoker.

Nice unit. Looks awesome! Would for sure if I was closer!
Quoted from Pinwiz1985:Semi video game related. Wife had these custom made for me. Brewing a heifweisen and Irish Red this weekend. Already made a christmas wheat beer ahead of the season not pictured.

Mmmm nice!!! I have a restored Weber Genesis 1000 I use as a smoker. Your setup is badass!! The Weber does well though, maintains 250F no problem. Works amazing with SS hardware inside! Cooked some tenderloin steaks awhile back with hickory wood chips!

That she is!!

I thought you meant the cold weather had brought a lizard in and he'd crawled on your game, so I was trying to spot it... then I realised you're probably talking about the heater
I should have realised, having an older model Salamander myself!!

Sadly that's all it is... the vent is a pig to get modern ducting to connect to, so even though it's positioned next to a chimney, all it does is sit there and look pretty.
Since the last gameroom photos I’ve traded my Wipeout for a Lethal Weapon 3, my Data East Simpsons for a Striker Xtreme, replaced my 6 foot air hockey with a 7 foot model, and added a Legends Ultimate Arcade with soon to be 5,400 plus games on it. Having a lot of fun with the new pinball machines, air hockey is a lot more fun with the bigger table, easier to play 2 on 2, and my girls love the Arcade. My wife is not a big gamer but she loves Tetris so this is getting her in the gameroom more

Good you found something to engage her in there... mine is a no-hoper... the only time she goees down there is when we have guests that are friends of hers, and they go down there to check out the games... she'll then come down to watch them play.
Part of my garage used to be a work and staging area but has turned into game room 2 in the past couple years. Gonna have to expand the basement or rotate some machines because I’m running out of work space! I just can’t pass up a good restoration deal and I know most of you can relate!

Tore out 1/2 the 2nd floor of this old addition on my house and turned the whole thing into a game room with a loft. My favorite addition is the animated neon kung-fu sign hanging from the loft. Picked up a bunch of new games for the line-up in the last couple weeks and I'm really liking where I'm at with it right now. BTW this is the main entrance to my house LOL

Killer curated collection!! Love that Medieval Madness cabinet!! Just get rid of that Wonka and you'll have the perfect set
Looks fantastic. Have to say i probably would have balustraded that top area with stainless wire for a more open look. But it's nice as.

Thanks! Wonka is on its way out soon, that will give me the space. Also the floor is tile there so I can slide it out in the meantime if need be.

Nice place herbertbsharp ! Digging the vibe ya got going on there.
Looking for a marquee sign/lighted letter sign box now after seeing yours.
Is that just one of those $20 battery/USB powered units you see on eBay?

Thank you! Yeah it probably is, I think I grabbed it at Walmart or Target for $10-$20
