Quoted from jaytrem:Carpet is finally down and moved some games in. Still not sure how many I can fit. Job is mostly done, just need to do the trim around the windows and a few other finishing touches. Very happy with the additional space!

I see you already have some excited players. Looks great!
Quoted from amstrick:jaytrem How is Jolly Park? I’ve always been really curious about that pin.
I do love my Jolly Park, it was my grail pin. Lots of fun shots and stuff to do. No modes though, so it's does lack in that department.
Quoted from ringonu:Got the final touches completed and am in maintenance mode for a while. Will eventually trade up to a dmd pin but this is my lineup for the foreseeable future.

Good assortment of games there! Enjoy!

With GNR finally here, I’m done (for the moment)
It’s a tight fit for eight machines in what was one car space in the garage, now decked out with rock posters on one wall and a wine fridge hiding behind Gunners

cool lineup, what do you play the most out of those?
My current lineup below, but also have Iron Maiden Premium and Mando Premium coming....And Keiths next game.....fuck. I am currently deciding wether to give the pool table away to make room for more Pins. Its basically become a table holding pinball shit(so has my bar). Id really like to put shuffleboard in the middle of the room, but I dont think that will work. I dont know how I would pull games out to service them/sell them when needed.

I suppose typically, GNR is being played constantly since I got it last week. But before that, I had been ignoring all the others after LZ arrived in April.
Historically, it would be TAF - I'm sure I've put more games on that than anything else over a lifetime of playing pinball. WH20 is the one that barely gets played these days; it will be the next to be swapped out (especially if a Big Lebowski ever appears on the Australian market)

Awesome collection and gameroom. If you ever get over A2 way, hit me up and come play a few games. I have two you have, two you don't!

Talked to Jerry the other day went to his house to have him fix my two player soccer game. Hopefully I'll have a nice playing game soon, I've had that thing sitting for a couple years now because I couldn't find a power supply for it.. Anyways nice collection!

I can’t blame you. Your collection is full of awesomeness. White water is a pinball machine I want to get in the last 4 yrs but I can’t find one in NZ. Plus the price for White water is keep on increasing. Now my focus may switched to CCR.
Well after 1 year of ~2-hour work nights and a few weekends I finally have this done. Just need to finish casing in pillars and building the shelf wood slab, finding a cool runner carpet and a large main carpet. I’m new to home theater and have budget theater stuff mostly purchased second hand off Facebook. The Polk T90’s I bought new from tweeter back in mid 2000’s hoping I would have a game/ theater room one day.

My basement is shaped much like your game room. I love pool and would love a nice table, but I can’t sacrifice all that space I need for pinball!

Great looking room!
We all know though that in 3 years time there will be no home cinema, no tables, no speakers but only a room full of pins. These pinball machines multiply like crazy.
Quoted from lancestorm:That’s an awesome basement design and setup. I’m curious how you painted the ceiling and steel support black? Also how difficult it was to paint around electric cables, plumbing, and vents?
So this basement was 100% unfinished when I bought the house and I did all the work myself. At the point when the walls were framed, I used an airless sprayer to paint the whole ceiling with black magic paint. Then I didn’t have to worry so much on overspray around the wall corners and that. Everything was painted black. The only thing I had mixed reviews was painting copper piping so that all got wrapped in foam prior to painting. It was easy with the sprayer to get everything coated in paint. Painting black is very forgiving.

Yeah that’s the worry. In a perfect world I would go down to 4 games so they could fit along the wall with the chairs. That would open up the basement and prevent the butt fights in the current layout. I don’t see how that would ever happen though.
We moved, and the whole house is our game room…3 pins where the dining table usually goes . The garage is now our “Evil Monkey Arcade”.

Fantastic !
We've added a few pins over the past few months, but we're not done yet. Waiting on Iron Maiden Premium pin and a Jurassic Park Arcade sit down two player game to arrive this month. They are going in what used to be the exercise room located adjacent to the cigar room. Still have a few more items to hang on the walls but it's coming together.

Wait, you’re not who I think you are, are you? Based on your screen name and the LRS logo on the back, I’m pretty sure we’ve spoke on the phone before.
I have one of yours shirts you sent me a few years back. I still wear it.

That's me! I founded LRSFoods.com based out of North Carolina. Funny thing is I got bored with aquariums a few years ago, gave them all away and now I'm deep in the pinball addiction. The game room is actually on top of our new distribution building which we built on our farm 2 years ago. It was designed as a billiard and media room, but we ripped out the media seating and added more pins. I never watch TV much anyway so this is a lot more fun.
My wife initially was giving me a hard time about going so overboard with the game room. Then the pandemic hit and we literally had the only "bar" open for a while. We have beer on draft so there wasn't much else we needed. Sneaking upstairs to play after a long pack and ship day is awesome.

Quoted from radium:Too funny, I use your food. Nice to know I’m supporting pinball.
Thank you we really appreciate it. With everyone stuck inside for the past 2 years the aquarium industry has boomed like crazy. Sales across the board for many manufacturers were up 150-200% compared to 2018-9. With no vacations or fun things to do during the first 6 months of the pandemic we just acquired pins to keep us entertained.

That sux, at least you prepared and raised the pins to safety. I hope the water stops and a quick cleanup for you.

Oof. What the hell happened there? Pipes or weather?
Quoted from CaptainNeo:Oof. What the hell happened there? Pipes or weather?
Weather, this one took us by surprise. Was only supposed to be 3 or 4 inches, which we can handle. Not sure how much came down, but it was a lot. Lots of cars still in the neighborhood, included my wife's. Of course I'd rather lose a car than a pinball machine. I moved al the EMs upstairs. Normally I would evac the solid states, but like I said, took us by surprise. I'll attach an updated pic in a min.

Poltergeist!
Kidding aside, that’s a shame. Extreme weather? Crazy what water can do. Hope you get it resolved soon.
