Cool room but it seems to be missing something...

Search eBay for "Pac-Man Light-Up Silhouette Sign"

I love your Final Fight arcade game! Played that at a rollerskating rink non-stop when I was a kid. Good memories. The question is Cody or Haggar?

Wow, talk about mark-ups! I can safely say I won't be purchasing from ebay…………...

Awesome game room bud!
Question, how much does a racing rig like that cost?
Quoted from Max_Badazz:My game room will be on the news tonight at 7pm WMUR ABC 9 (posted online after). Not sure how much coverage I will get in the segment but they were there for over 2.5hrs.[quoted image]
That's cool as hell, but didn't know you could play the high score screen haha.
Quoted from Roostking:Awesome game room bud!

The most expensive part was the wheel, wheel depending on what you want will determine how much. Seat $300, wheel, pedals, shifter $450, that's just a lcd TV and it's all hooked up to a Xbox one s. That I play forza on. So less then $1,000 and it's fun as hell
Quoted from Roostking:.... but didn't know you could play the high score screen haha.
He is entering his initials for grand champion high score after he just had the game of his life.

Just checked the website..I couldn’t find a link to play the story. Looks like just a photo and teaser paragraph

It's not up yet .... looks like it takes a day for them to upload it. I got a couple minutes showing the game room and me looking like a fool with his toys LOL. Too bad BK3 wasn't out when they filmed back in early March. My Vanilla Ice themed bathroom got on the segment
Quoted from Tommy-dog:He is entering his initials for grand champion high score after he just had the game of his life.
I can't even come close to my high score ... was a complete fluke game that I had. I think I am entering my initials in that picture, but you'll see me playing when the video gets published online.

Congrats man!! I've heard your game room is very impressive. Post the link to the video once they publish it.

/sarcasm ahead
I'm disappointed in the story. I can't believe they didn't say "Pinball Wizard" and play the music from Tommy about 10 times during the segment.
/sarcasm over
Great segment. Looks like you got a few minutes of time. Nice lineup by the way!

I'm surprised they included that. I would have figured it would be too vanilla for them.
All these game rooms look so incredible! As a bonus, I can show these rooms with 100 pinballs to my wife, and it makes me seem like I have mine under control Congrats on the incredible mancaves! and please keep up the pics (just in case I need to keep sharing them with my wife)
I, on the other hand, have a gameroom that looks like a firehazard a lot of times because I tinker and fix pins and arcades frequently. Here are a few pics of how those gamerooms (like mine) look:

Ok that's cheaper than I would have thought. That shifter looks legit!

nonsense. How can that be a fire hazard, when most of that stuff will be carried out quickly if the house is on fire. It would be the cleanest room in the entire house if there was a fire. It would all be sitting in the front yard.

Sim racing gear varies wildly in price. If your just doing console games you’re more limited in hardware, although fanatec just released a very nice, but expensive wheel option for consoles. If you want to race on PC you have much better equipment available but it also comes with a price. Any of the console stuff will work on pc but the high end pc stuff won’t work on console with out using other equipment.
Space is always an issue. I predict you will end up selling some books from the shelf to make room for more games.
It's been a while since I posted pictures of my game room, and I think the last time I did, it wasn't fully decorated. I still need some more stuff for the walls, but this is pretty good for now.

Nice space! I really like the red wall with the black ceiling
Quoted from chubtoad13:Nice space! I really like the red wall with the black ceiling
Thanks. The black ceiling was my idea. It is so much better than the old, stained drop tiles we used to have in and really opens up the space. The accent wall was my wife’s idea. I really like it a lot too.
While collecting Many of the amazing ideas from this thread we decided to undergo (literally) a game room expansion Under the house via excavating the entire crawlspace. My hope is to end up with a game room half as nice as some of the ones shared here. I created a thread walking through our adventure of Excavating a game room for anyone interested in "How far would You go for a game room!" lol

Interested in this, will be following. Have one 400 square foot area that is crawl space and been thinking of doing the same thing ...
Some cool game rooms scrolling through this thread.
Mine is a bit of a work in progress as I need to finish the other half of my basement but have been able to utilize the space to make it a fun area. Not sure where I’ll be able to put all of these when we finish the rest but will be interesting.

I think they are all a work in progress and always will be - looks great!
I did it. I actually read back through 250+ pages of this thread to post #1.
To celebrate my lack of a life ... er accomplishment, I was hoping to post pics of my frugal gameroom renovation, but I’m not done yet.
I still wanted to post that it was frequently said that this is the best thread on pin side and I think it continues like that. And it’s definitely worth looking at the thread gallery for ideas and inspiration.
One really neat find was the pic below — both posts are from Buzz who said what he was gonna do and then went and did it
97C588F5-131C-4719-B51C-7C0A4581A175 (resized).pngThanks. Update got the guest bedroom no moms house and no loft. I did get the main living and dining room though. My wife is very supportive in all this and won 3rd place in a tournament recently. Funny it's still a work in progress. I did get to 20 pins with a 21'st to arrive one day. Here are some pics but feel the wall art and lights are better in person.
