Here are a few of my new place. Since these pictures I moved PinBot out into the main area. It doesn't have as much room for pins in one area like my previous house did. The shop will serve as a space to refurb and play test games.

I do have potential for more space in the main area, but I recently got into VR. It's pretty cool, but I don't know if that will be its permanent placement (though I have hard mounted the sensors..).

I made a very small theater room out of the bedroom. it works well, but I plan to put a thin bar height table behind the seats for extra seating.

The pool table is a mainstay. The first house I bought it was a necessity. I love the game, but playing alone does get a little stale, admittedly. I tried to sell the table with the old house and debated whether replacing it, but the owner didn't want it.

Very nice, yeah I love my pool table too, it's bar size, I moved it out to the garage/shop/gr II. I want to get a driving set up like your some day but with 3 screens.

Thanks! I did have the 3 screens, but used 2 of them in my office. I decided to roll the dice on an Oculus Rift to give it a shot instead of buying more monitors. I haven't actually tried it with the simulator, I've been too preoccupied getting everything else together.

Today at the office, as part of this “team building and inclusion” workshop, we were asked to show a photo to the group of something that was very special to us. Apologies to the lady and kid...

I wish I could tell you that our hot, 23 year old interns were impressed, but at least the 40+ year olds thought the Dig Dug Machine was rad. One guy talked about the Addams Family pin he used to play in college. Then he about threw up when I told him what those are worth these days.

Well here’s a look around my basement. It’s not “done” yet. We moved in a couple months ago and I’ve had re-arranged things a couple times, but I’m happy with the layout like this....for now. You come in the basement and to the right is my arcade. A pin, a couple arcades, a PS3 with a driving setup, and one tv for the nes and snes classic. Over on the left side of the room I have my video game setup, as well as my movie and cd collection. On the 2 TVs (1crt, 1lcd) I have a nes, n64, GameCube, and ps1 connected right now.

    Scattered around the room I also have various other eye candy. A karaoke machine, jukebox, transforms, game of thrones sword, ect. 505D134F-7E48-46C5-99DC-DF4211F4CB18 (resized).jpeg505D134F-7E48-46C5-99DC-DF4211F4CB18 (resized).jpegF853C79C-D794-4B0C-AAAD-688D945251EA (resized).jpegF853C79C-D794-4B0C-AAAD-688D945251EA (resized).jpeg187CED31-D256-4FAF-A67B-960461ADD0F7 (resized).jpeg187CED31-D256-4FAF-A67B-960461ADD0F7 (resized).jpegE00EEA50-B893-470E-8CE2-9C0C09526D85 (resized).jpegE00EEA50-B893-470E-8CE2-9C0C09526D85 (resized).jpeg9B2DA27D-E947-4D18-BF9B-049BCD8DF001 (resized).jpeg9B2DA27D-E947-4D18-BF9B-049BCD8DF001 (resized).jpeg1013291A-0A3F-4345-9C7E-B1D0E4F72163 (resized).jpeg1013291A-0A3F-4345-9C7E-B1D0E4F72163 (resized).jpeg

Where did you find that rug? It's awesome!

You have to email to get a quote.

My rug is 10x12 feet. If you ship to a commercial address instead of residential you can save $100 on shipping. The carpet wasn’t that much I think it was ~$300 or $400 USD. Then I had to pay shipping, that was another ~$150. Then I had customs paperwork to pay for ~$50. Then I had to convert it all into Canadian dollars.

All said and done it was less then $6.40 CDN a square foot to my door. Not the cheapest rug, but it really makes a statement.

I got my bl carpet from them too it was $19.95 a sq yd. It was shipped to a local freight company locally where I picked it up and saved a $100 delivery fee. If you do it that way make dang sure the carpet isn't damaged in any way (same as having a pin delivered) because once you sign for it your stuck with it.

Nice. I have an Accuforce V2. Haven’t played much recently but hopefully I can get a real rig setup one day. Playing with a wheel stand and triples on a desk.

I just replaced all the fluorescent lights in my basement. I put in 48" cool white LED lights. What a difference. It was dark with the low ceilings and the old bulbs. I had to move the Invisiglass around a bit.

It does feel like Tetris at times. When I need room, I take a few and fold up vertically. After folding them up, you can use those Harbor Freight hardwood dollies to easily roll them around.

Kudos to you, Sir - nicely done!
May I seriously ask how you power all that?
Do you have dedicated separate 40amp lines in each wall, or what?
is there a dedicated master breaker panel(s) or some such so everything keeps-a-runnin'?
    Just curious.

Or, are you on the Utility Company Friends & Family Plan?

Has anyone received an email from their power company telling them that they used an excessive amount of power last week? I did. With these smart meters they found what had raised the power load for the neighborhood for a Saturday. I had a Thanksgiving party with 9 pins, 2 subwoofers, 1 jukebox amp, 10 neons, TV with surround sound, and the normal other lights on, and some other stuff. The following Wednesday I got an advisory that the unusual power usage would increase my power bill by about $50 for the month and gave me tips to reduce my power consumption. I couldn't believe that they are watching that closely.

8 separate lines to the basement, no dedicated master panel. Honestly, only a few times a year everything is turned on.

How about all those crazies with their gigantic Christmas lighting setups? I would imagine that would cause a lot of spikes usage this time of year. Although LEDs do cut it back quite a bit.
