Although i love the game, I was disappointed with my avpro arrival. It had a broken wire and some of the wires were sitting right on a coil. Plunger issue also not good. Not sure where their quality control is, but I will say that their tech support is helpful and decent to deal with. What I don't like is that there is no warranty and you are pretty much on your own to fix things. Ok for some, but not others. To me, this suggests they are more aimed at the op market and not general homeowner. Given the amount of money we spend on these, these should be perfect or supported with in-home support. I guess if you buy from a dealer you can get support, but if you buy from a drop shipper you dont. Maybe it's worth the few hundred extra to get that support.

When I bought my TSPP in 2003, had no issues...not sure why it seems to have gone down hill since.
