As the title says, the "shoot again" light stays on the entire time the game is playing. During
the game if you get the shoot again you can hear Danny Glover say "Shoo Shoo shoot again"
but after you shoot again the light still stays on. When the game is idle, the Shoot again light
will blink. In lamp test mode the shoot again is lit.
