why not send an email to cointaker and ask them if they could make one for you

I would call them. I hate how we are connected and expect messages to be fast. I know I get excited if I do not hear something in 24 hours. I am lucky if my Dad ever replies in an email but will always answer the phone. I always have to remind myself that not everybody can reply that fast.

Not saying you did not give them time, just wondering how long you have giving them.
