There is an SCR and a TIP-36 (IIRC) on the flipper board that is screwed to the left side of the cabinet. There is a pair of these for each flipper circuit. Use your DMM set to diode test to test each of them, comparing results to the "good" lane.

If you've nailed it, and it's tough to tell, it's an easy board to repair given that it's single sided. I'd take a crack at repairing it. I always prefer OEM boards when possible although the RD replacement for this board is fine.
