They've made themselves the "high end pin" in the market place... I don't know what the total addressable market for pinball is, but as long as they are in the "high end" part of the space and the market will bear it, they won't have to change a thing. They can either go after more of the market or improve their margins... It is a math problem. To go after more of the market... they would need to change.
