Hello, I purchased some LerMods from cointaker. The fire breathing Godzilla & the MechaGodzilla. The install instructions require you to scan the label with your phone, one problem my phone isn't that smart. Their webpage does not have the instructing nor a link to them other than the scan with your phone option. They don't have a phone number so I messaged them it stated it could be 48 hrs before I get a reply. So, is there anyone out there who might be able to get me some sort of install info for these?

Thanks!!! I love this site.

Do you have the MechaGodzilla install as well?

If you have the QR code, I will scan it for you.

LerMods responded to my message & sent me links to the instructions via email so I both now. I just don't understand why the link isn't on their webpage it would have been so much easier.

Unless we are driving or sleeping, we respond almost immediately and did so in this case. We just got rid of that 48 hour response that was auto generated by our web hosting service when someone sends us a message. As for the instructions, it’s a long story why we no longer post them, but the QR code is easiest for us and most people.

Your lack of making install instructions available without a QR code is costing you as well as my customers money. I am two hours away from my shop doing a job and the package for the trough has no code on it and no info on your site.

Quoted from radial_head:

Have you emailed them?

He emailed us at 10 pm last night with some not so friendly language that didn’t even include what instructions he actually needed. So we responded and asked what he needed. He then responded again with what he needed and within 10 mins on a Sunday night, he had the instructions.

All of our mods come with a big QR code on the bag. If a customer throws out the bag, they will have to email us. Prior to March, instructions were sent to the email from the order when we sent tracking info. Mods sold by our third party distros have printed instructions inside the bag. There is no need to have instructions on our website, and we respond within minutes unless we are driving or sleeping.

Kinda seems like there is. Curious what would be the reason for not keeping the instructions posted on your site. That's like the simplest thing for a customer to do without needing to email anyone. Let the customer help themselves or at least try.

Sometimes the QR code is unscannable (see pic). The other reason to post them is to make a rational decision on the purchase--sometimes I'll select a mod based on the complexity of the installation.

I requested install instructions, and they provided them within 5 minutes. I think it would be better to post them on their site, but I was so pleased that they responded so fast that I bought the mod.
