So I played LOV a ton today. It’s odd, at first I thought I was having buyers remorse because it wasn’t clicking. Then as I started getting used to the shots and making some flow happen along came the combos and more modes and the rockin music. It’s a damn good game. It’s new of coarse but, I can’t stop playing it. This is my first American pinball game and I’m impressed.

I agree. I have never even taken my glass off. The game keeps me coming back out of the box. Once you get used to the shots and the flippers it works. I can see some who only play it a couple times get a strange vibe. I did at first. Now, I appreciate it more.

The tightness of the crossbow, longbow & dagger shot are reminiscent Houdini. Milk can loop is much tougher than the skull pile scoop. The milk can loop is the toughest shot but the ramp often evades the pinball (at least for this shooter). Varity of modes (and narrating of Houdini's life) is entertaining.

I find myself at times getting so entranced on playing the side Missions and not the modes. Reminds me of Zelda with how many side missions there are.
It really is an amazing pin that probably has a ton of coding left to come.
I agree, I bought LOV and sold it way to quickly. I just let go of Godzilla and I don't miss it though I think it is a very fun game. It just didn't call back to me like the others. Now, I am leaning toward ordering a LOV and a Houdini for the future.
