I have always been told Gottlieb only used 27" legs and 31" legs but when I put 27" legs on Shaq or Waterworld lock bar on the machines sit almost 2" lower than other machines in our collection. 28.5" leg put them at exactly the right height? Did a few Gottliebs use 28.5" legs or were there a few Gottliebs that were suppose to sit lower than other pins?

I'll likely stick with the 28.5" because I am 6'6" tall and it would kill my back to play machines a couple inches lower than normal but I was just curious of what other people have on these machines?

31" seems to make machine crazy high and 27" were way too short but if book says 31" that that has to be it. I have some brand new 29.5" I got with a bulk purchase a couple years back and they seem just about perfect so I might just use those if I don't like the 31"

Just in case anyone refers to this post in the future both Waterworld & Shaq have basically the same cabinet.
