You wanted pictures - here you go... These bolts look amazing! I did not realize just how crappy the Stern bolts looked until I compared them to these ARP bolts. Pricey... yes, but worth it for the only game I bought new.

I used the washers that came with the bolts and that makes the heads stick out a bit. If you use the bolts without the washers they would be very streamlined and not likely to catch on pockets. The bolts are very rounded and smooth so it is not likely to be problem either way. The washers just keep the bolts from digging into the paint on the legs.

The bolts are also very polished - they look like chrome. Not sure if you can tell that from the pictures.

Yea, everyone needs 170,000 psi ultimate leg bolts...mind you, the backing plates are only good for about 35,000 psi.

I used these with the smooth caps on my Corvette pin, they looked like cylinder heads. See if I can find a pic.

Just take some Mother's Mag polish a drill and a scotch pad and you've got chrome!

Why not just put some bolt covers on? http://www.boltdepot.com/Chrome_bolt_covers_and_Hole_plugs.aspx
The flames and skulls look good, flames for No Fear, the skulls on SS.

LOL. Like when I got a hold of a chainsaw and took it in the backyard. The cutting was nonstop.
