So I was removing the legs to move my pinball machine downstairs to the basement and one of the bolts snapped in two - after trying various grab it tools to remove the broken bolt and failing, I opened the machine and removed the bracket with the leg bolt threads. Even with the bracket out, I can't remove the broken bolt. So I need a new bracket.
Where should I buy one from? Any recommendations?

Huh? No drilling. It's a drop in replacement to the one that was in there. Just order a bracket and a couple of bolts.
