I was trying to explain the delete character in a high score entry and when I typed the left pointing angle bracket, the rest of my reply was deleted. I also noticed when I had it in the topic title, I got an error trying to post saying the topic was closed.

The issue is they use the gt and lt symbols as single character tags for stripping out comment text!
