Quoted from jake35:

I just ordered an OCD board for my Airborne. Only one board is needed correct? The stock incandescents are way too dark and it definitely needs brightening.

Quoted from herg:

The Capcom LED OCD does control both lamp matrices using a single board. It does not control flashers, however.

I just now ordered the board for my Airborne.
Really looking forward to this as the game is really dark as is.

Just so I understand this correctly, once installed I can replace everything except the flashers with LEDs?
Thanks in advance

Yes.... No LED flashers

Perfect, thank you.
Really looking forward to this.

Quoted from herg:

Yes, but I would also recommend installing the LEDs and verify they are working prior to installing the board. The LEDs will be very flickery, but they should all light and turn off.

Quoted from jake35:

Make sure you dont leave any incandescents in the machine at all. I hadn't replaced the backbox lights yet on my Airborne with LED but did the playfield, and it kept blowing one of the microfuses. The fuses on the LED board cant handle the higher power draw, once I replaced all the bulbs the fuse stopped blowing.

Great tips, thanks.
