Haha, its in all the promos. Gotta go "Immigrant"!!! Seems like it fits pinball perfectly

I'm torn between these 2... as well as the other 8!! LOL!! I might start a 2 player game and play 1 as Kashmir and 1 as Immigrant...I'm waiting very (im)patiently for my LE!! Was hoping for it to get here for my birthday (Thursday), probably not going to happen but hopefully SOON!!

Have you been given an appropriate date? My distributor said 2 weeks for me, 1 week ago. Im in Washington.

No, no confirmed official date...just that they would be shipping mid Jan. when I first confirmed my order!

Got my LE on Friday. Got alot of plays on it since then! Played great outta the box, then Sat morning the spinner issue popped up, took it apart spread the arms and flipped the spinner around and its worked like a champ since. While we had it opened up to look at the spinner decided to go ahead and swap out the rubber rings for Super-Band rings, posts and flippers. Yesterday I got the Speaker Light kit installed...I'm a little different than most. I prefer the whole speaker area being lit as opposed to just the round speaker area. Most of my games are premiums anyway so I don't have to worry about the speaker showing up. I just went with the deluxe speaker light kit it has the moving lights and multiple patterns. I have this kit in several of my other games and it looks great but it is perfect in Led Zeppelin with all the 70's psychedelic images on the LCD screen. Doug @ Speaker Lights suggested that black plastic canvas would look better mounted behind the light frame and would hide the speaker and allow the hermit acrylic to show up better. I ordered the black canvas from Amazon it comes in a 10.5 X 13.5 #7 sheet that is big enough to get both sides out of 1 sheet. Here's a few pics. I think it looks awesome! I'm lovin' this pin so far!!

Here's the link to the Speaker Lights!! Thanks Doug!!

I found these 2 screws in the bottom of my cabinet LZ premium when I unboxed my game today. Does anybody know what they are for?
Thanks

Those hold the coin mechs in. They're coin mech screws, should be 2 on each coin mech 1 on top 1 on bottom.

Quoted from shlt_thunder:

Can anyone provide me their honest thoughts. I've been thinking about buying this game for the past 6 months. I've played a premium and LE on location multiple times. I love Led Zeppelin times I have played it I really love the multi ball modes. The last time I played I was able to put a decent amount of time in with it on location on free play, and I enjoyed it, but I kept finding myself frustrated with missing shots, bad bounces, and drains that I felt were unfair. I'm not a great pinball player, but enjoy it immensely. At the same location, I spent a bunch of time with Black Knight SOR after jumping on it, having a great game, loving the flow of the game, and then playing a number of games after the first that all were a blast. I had played Black Knight SOR before on location a number of times, but did not think a lot of it. Since I am deeper into the hobby now, I got a lot more out of BKSOR. I am planning a purchase of one of these games coming up in about a month and these are the most likely 2 that I will choose from. I'd love to hear everyone's insight into these two games and their preferences.
Edit: This will be the second game in my home, the first being an old Comet, which gets a little play, but not a ton. I consider the next game I buy to be my first real game.

I own a BKSOR premium (don't care for the pro) and a Zep LE....Both have their own style and I enjoy them both. BKSOR is fast and mean and will kick your ass on a regular basis, LZ is also fast and can be super mean but to me it has more options so to speak as far as shots and they're more spread out and not all coming right back at you in your face all the time! So my thoughts would be that if you're going to get 1 just go ahead and get both...cause pins are kinda like chips once you have 1 (or 2 in your case with Comet) you are pretty much hooked and will be on the lookout for your next one in very short amount of time! You might as well jump from the deep end and get them both!!

I have light blue Super-Bands https://cointaker.com/products/super-band-standard-flipper-ring on my lower flippers and an orange one on the upper. and I swapped out all the black rubbers for Super-Band rings in orange red and purple. I also got the plastic protectors from Cointaker https://cointaker.com/products/led-zeppelin-plastic-protector-set they're clear. You can also use the clear washer protectors if you don't want to go the whole plastic route...I've done that on my older games before sling protectors were readily available and they work just fine and don't show like the metal washers.

Quoted from beelzeboob:

Great...except for the two rubbers that break all the time. I'm going to try Perfect Plays and those polyurethane ones (the name of which I forget this early in the morning...) in those two locations.

Super-Bands...I have Super-Bands on my Zep. in that area you are talking about and after the factory rubber broke after a few weeks I put a purple Super-Band up there and it's good to go! Also have Super-Bands on my Met...same thing the rubber up entering/exiting the pops into the right orbit was constantly breaking I had to change it after getting it home from every show...Soon as Super-Bands came out with rings I got a purple one and put it up there and have only had to clean it since. No issues with breaking or anything else! I have them on most of my collection flippers and rings and have no issues with them!

The rubber behind my zep drop targets has broken twice in a month. Any suggestions? I was using Titans but clearly they don't hold up for this area.

I posted this awhile back as someone else had the same issue...Mine are still holding up just fine no issues!

Quoted from briyau15:

Anyone decided to retrofit with the Insider Connected? I’m late to the party and actually used it for the first time on another game, thought it was nice tracking achievements but too busy actually playing to see what was awarded at the time. Wondering if worth upgrading Zeppelin.

I have IC on all my games that are IC programmed...except Aerosmith (It's at a friends house, I've got the kit for it when it gets back home.) I like the achievements, and it's fun to go back and look at your achievements and high scores. The Home team function is great you just hold the left flipper and add those that you want in the game...no more worrying about bringing up your code at home!! The leader boards are fun to see if you can get on the board. I like how they do different games a couple times a month! I just don't have a GOTG here to try this time.
