My friend and I finished setting the game up and everything went rather smoothly until we were ready for the last step of plugging it in. It was a Euro cord. Luckily I had a spare power cord that I could use. Contacted my distributor and Stern is sending me the correct one.
The only other issue I had was Stern put a zip tie really tight around the Icarus post and it was very difficult to get underneath it to cut it. After I finally got it cut off, we ended up having to readjust the Icarus switch because my scissors bent it a bit when trying to get underneath the zip tie.
Ran into the same problem with Icarus, terrible idea with the zip tie, a twist tie work have worked. I was afraid I was going to snap it off.

He might be talking about the sound it makes when it releases. my launches out and bangs like hell when it releases, does not sound healthy.

Clearly I am not the best player, I love the game but I can't seem to score well. I try to follow all the shots when they are lit, I get the tour and Zeppelin multiball consistently but my scores are terrible. What am I doing wrong? I am playing a lowly pro, just a fyi.
Thanks ULEKstore for the great clear plastic protectors! Wanted something that did cover up or wash out the colors on the game. These are great, barley even notice them but those ugly washers are gone and my slings and lanes protected!

What should the flipper alignment look like? I have not changed a thing from out of the box and I cannot backhand the right ramp. I have a pro if that matters.
