Quoted from Psw757:Where are the pics of the LE and what special trinkets will it have over the premium?
Have not seen any!

Quoted from Hayfarmer:Great side lights and a raising and lowering f spinner!!!!
Looks like there's a magnet directly under the spinner to capture a ball.

Does it go to a subway or just hold for multiball??
Quoted from Diamond:Could this be the LE?

Where did you find this pic?

If it is, then premium will be the best way to go (and maybe change to the pro translite so the cab and translite aren't so repetitive). The lights in the side art and the multi-purpose center mech that raises and lowers in the middle of the playfield greatly differentiate the premium from the pro.
Both versions look like greater shooters. JJP GNR may have more stuff, but LZ should shoot better and may be more fun to play.
Million dollar question, when do we see the topper and will it unlock stair way to heaven? I’m thinking yes.

You'll see it in about two years at a cost of $1500.
Quoted from pinmister:I think I just jizzed my pants
You're supposed to take it out first before you play with it.
Difficult to say this as I love me some Led Zeppelin and not a GNR fan at all - but GNR LE blows away LZ LE
that blue armor just looks blah
Game Does look a whole lotta fun - there is just no real value in a stern LE
and when I read signature included - I looked to see what band member --- Steve Ritchie
Can't wait to play this and the other dozen pins I have yet to try due to COVID
and I just have to say, stern is really phoning it in with the $1000 toppers
Could of at least given us a 1/2 molded blimp - flat plastic blimp looks terrible
take the PF blimp, cut it in half and stick it on that topper with some leds
Quoted from Psw757:The topper is sick
really?
flat plastics and some $4 spot lights?
sure it will look cool in action .... but wait for that price

Who cares? Sign me up
Quoted from Hayfarmer:Who cares? Sign me up
apparently not enough people for stern to care

Well, the armor looks great on Road Show, and Zep played a lot of Shows on the Road, so...

I’d go LE translite on premium cab

Quoted from Hayfarmer:Sorry, it will sell out as previous ones have
of course it will, hence the lack of motivation for Stern to do any better
I feel like I’m in the twilight zone! Is this pin side? Hardly any negative at all! Personally I think it looks awful! It’s a board with some flippers on it! They obviously said let’s not try to compete with guns and roses directly.
I love Led Zeppelin more than guns and roses and had high hopes. I’m out !
But to each his own enjoy guys

There's always one...thanks for stopping by the LE thread to shit on our enthusiasm.
Anyone know why one of their main - iconic songs isn't listed?
LE is a disappointment with the colors and all. My Road show actually does have that color blue armor.
Maybe it will be fun to play?
Seems like an extra switch in the middle of the shooter lane wonder if there is some different skill shot?
So 3 wizard modes apparently, are there some extra deep tracks for these? Something has to set those modes apart from the 10 regular gameplay tunes.
Quoted from Hayfarmer:Who's in on an le? Mines been pre ordered for 6 months. Been waitin for a long time, I think Stern will knock this one out of the park!!
And it's a swing and a miss!
The LE strongly reminds me of Stern's classic Lectronamo ... same colors, winged figure. Definitely a strong 70s vibe. I think the Premium art package is pretty good too. Pro is *not* for me. Layout I think is really solid, 3 ramps on the pro and 4 on the premium.
Quoted from mthirkell:Ok, we'll need to change that armor. Any ideas?
Yellow could work...
This that and the other. Might want to play the game and see how it shoots? Looking forward to seeing some gameplay footage
Quoted from Bmwdrummer:I think I found the inspiration for the LE. I'm locked in. Can't disagree with the overall assumption that GnR is an overall way more interesting pin, but this one gets my money purely because of the theme.
[quoted image]
They should have brought the blue on the wings into the artwork...then it might have worked.
