I love that this thread exists, I hate that it reminds me that I have a bunch of these I want to buy.

Added one to F-14 tonight. Nice having the fade effects, definitely looks nice. Fine tuning was only needed on a couple of lights because of having incandescents in a few places. Very happy with the product!

Wish I could add video but don't have a proper camera to film the effects.

Added one to Bride of Pinbot tonight as well. Initial thoughts are good but I haven't had a chance to play a few games yet because I had to pick up my daughter from a thing. When I get back home, I'll play around with some adjustments.

I still need to do some cable management.

Will this board work with X-Files? My buddy has one and I don't know if the hardware is similar to Stern.

EDIT: Nevermind, I looked at the site and it's listed as SHOULD work.

Yep, just personal preference. I didn't have ghosting in my F-14, but wanted the smoother fade transitions. Personally I'm very happy.

I don't have one in my Demo Man, but feel like the abrupt on/off fits the title. Just my take.

My Bride had really bad ghosting with the LEDs it came with when I bought it so that's where it was a necessity in my eyes. Looks awesome now.

Sorry for the late reply. The only adjustments I made were for the inserts that still have incandescents. And I dimmed down the two eye LEDs because they were blinding. Basically personal preference stuff.

No the longer cable wasn't needed.
