Is a 6.3 volt non ghosting more powerful in brightness then a regular 6.3v, or the only thing the non ghosting bulb does extra is not flicker. I'm just looking for the most brightful bulb without spending the money constantly. Also is there any coupon code discounts for lighting websites such as coin taker, comet, pinbulb, etc... Does the company matter when it comes to being more bright? Thanks
