A standard incandescent 906 flasher bulb is only meant to be on for a split second, otherwise the filament would burn out. What about the LED 906 replacements? Can those stay on indefinitely with a 13v current without burning out quickly if used in a non-pinball or light modding application?

I thought flasher circuit was 13v, no? This means the led flasher should be able to handle a consistent 13v?
