I put blue LED 906 flashers in the 3 pop bumpers on a Scared Stiff, and when testing 1 flasher at a time all 3 fire at the same time, also if I remove the LED from the top bumper the other 2 stop working.

While trying to figure out what's going on, I replaced all 3 with regular 906 bulbs and everything went back to normal - no issues. Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT (More Info) - Here is a compact way to show test results...

Bulb Config: Top=bulb, Mid=bulb, Btm=bulb (ALL bulbs)
- Top: Y-n-n // Short hand indicating which bulbs flash for Top Jet test - Top/Mid/Btm
- Mid: n-Y-n
- Btm: n-n-Y

Bulb Config: Top=LED, Mid=LED, Btm=LED (ALL LEDs)
- Top: Y-Y-Y
- Mid: Y-Y-Y
- Btm: n-n-n

Bulb Config: Top=bulb, Mid=LED, Btm=LED
- Top: n-Y-Y
- Mid: n-Y-n
- Btm: n-n-Y

NOTE: I've tried reversing the LEDs but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

Not entirely sure, but 906 flashers are often polarized, so they need to be the right way to work properly. Most times they just won't work if put in backwards so your issue is a little different. Try turning the bulbs in the sockets to see if you get a different result.

Do they fire when you flip a flipper?

I don't think so, but right now the game is mostly apart as I'm shopping it so I'm only using the flash test mode.

How about when you fire the solenoids for the flippers in test mode...

If I flip the flippers in test mode, it doesn't seem to affect the flashers at all.

At this point I've settled on the idea that the LEDs are causing the issue, and that it could possibly be fixed by adding diodes to the flasher connections to prevent "leak back" of electrical current. This doesn't seem to be a problem with bulbs, just LEDs. I'm just going to stick with all bulbs for the flashers for now. Thanks for the help.
