This topic is an attempt to get other people to document their LED conversions or at least share their plans with others, so that we don't all have to start from scratch when we mod our next game.
I've converted 2 games to LEDs so far and decided to document what I did to help the next guy, because when I was trying to inventory how many, what kind, and what color I needed, there was nothing that I could find. I didn't want to spend the money on a kit that I probably wouldn't be happy with either. For these games I looked at a ton of pictures of LED conversions, scoured the Member Club topics for each game (which you can't see unless you make a donation to pinside), freeze framing TNT amusement videos of the games, and basically obsessing over the right colors to pick.
Here's the system I came up with: a back box diagram, playfield diagram taken from the manual, and a schedule of lamps/parts for ordering/budgeting.
My first attempt was Pinb*Bot, then came the Black Knight
