    Can anyone make me one of the LED Bulb Test Thingys?? Sometimes my pile of LED's get mixed up and I don't know what color or how bright they are.

    Is the plug thing the transformer? Does it have to be a certain voltage or amps?
    Could you make it with a Cigar Box??
