I just tried to download it and download worked fine for me.

Can you pls define what you mean with Exploded?
Can you also try out page 120 of the service faq and if that doesnt work, page 125 to see if the PSU does work?

Can you also let me know your serialno (backside backbox and inner cabinet left side close to the tilt plumb)
