I am working on a relationship to put a machine “on location”. I own the machine and it would go into a storefront I do not own.

I am looking for a lease agreement I could use or modify for this. Would you be willing to share your actual agreement or a template?

I want to be sure to include expectations of time on site, rotation of titles, maintenance, “emergency service”, and all the other stuff I can’t think of.

I’m not looking for a suggestion on if this is a good or bad idea or how much I should charge, I’m only asking about the contract and if you have one you’re willing to share with me.
