    Quoted from spfxted:

Maybe there's another game after SM and before GB.....

I am guessing Aerosmith without an LCD.

Yeah get that hunk of junk low seller out now. The lower volume high priced SMVE will make up the low sales whilst the higher selling stuff comes later.

    WOOLY!!! Yes!

These guys seem to know what's happening. Everything else is noise.

Funny. I just told my brother the exact same thing this morning.

My custom machine has a LCD in between the speakers in a standard height speaker panel (and standard size speakers), with an opening that is 6.5 x 13 inches, which is pretty much the biggest size you can fit. One game I run 96x196 (dots still look good at the size any higher resolution and they don't) and the other is 900x1800 so basically a cropped HD resolution. Would not surprise me to see Stern doing something similar. This is also similar to what DP did, but their screen was wider, not sure what the new width/ratio is.

One reason I moved to the larger screens, after first doing color at the standard 32x128, was it does make doing animations much easier. Trying to take an animation down to 32x128 is extremely hard to make it look good (as we have certainly seen with movie clips in stern games). Much easier to get a good looking animation on 96x196 and obviously the 900x1800 requires no real change in sizing.

If there isn't an elevator toy there will be hell to pay

I was under the impression that both WNBJM and Wrestlemania LE incorporated LCDs- is that not true?

WN has a microscopic one in the apron that shows DMD-resolution scores. WWE-LE has one on the playfield itself. We're talking about Color LCDs to replace the monochrome DMD.

Gary Stern said his favorite pinball machine is SMVE. Last week it was GoT.

He always says that - on Dead Flip a while back he was very plain that whatever the machine rolling off the line was, that was his favorite. Tongue-in-cheek doesn't come across as well in quotes.

He is both a world class salesman and a world class business man.
He has said in a few interviews his favourite machine is always the latest one he is producing.

It's an inside joke now. I don't take offense by it.

    Quoted from Iceman5000:

GB is now TENTATIVELY scheduled to be released in the Feb/March time frame

Assuming this is correct, do you mean announced or actually made & available?

Say the Pro's start rolling out the end of March, about how long after do the LE's come? Or does it go LE, Pro then Premium? (if Premium on a title gets made)
