When making a career change, one option is to look for opportunities to pivot rather than start something from scratch. How can you leverage your existing expertise in baking in a new direction? Write a blog about baking and generate ad revenue, give baking lessons online to groups of people (I know someone that does this), do consulting for some new bakeries or even food manufacturers.
