I would definitely go with Congo.

I own Congo and Gofers, and get to play Tommy with some regularity at another Pinsider's house, and Congo is hands-down the most fun of the three. Plus, it's not too difficult once you get used to it, so it compliments the difficulty of Shadow nicely.
