I had the same problem, you have to raise the targets a bit above the playfield so the ball rolls off. Plays perfect now, awesome game with 1:13 and pinsound. Get one cheap now while you still can!

I'm sure you checked all the fuses..Could be the large transistor in the power board.. The one in the center of the big heat sink.
