Go into sound test in diagnostics (instructions in the manual on ipdb) and make sure a unique sound is triggered for test 0 to 6. If one or more of the sound tests make no sound, check the connection between the cpu J8 and sound board J3. Look for cold solder joints on either of these connectors.
