I have been working on a friend's Laser Cue - Williams System 7. I thought the Sound Board - I believe it is a Type 2 Square Sound Board - was working but then I watched a video on YouTube and clearly there are sounds that are not coming out of my Laser Cue that are supposed to be there. I need to remove the Sound Board and look around. When I push the test button on the Sound Board it does play some sounds but I do not believe it plays all the sounds. First thing - Does anyone know what would cause the game to only play certain sounds - bad chip, PIA, bad connections? Also, there is a switch - 2 position dip switch - in the upper left corner of the Sound Board - Option Switches. I believe Switch 2 should be set Off and Switch 1 should be set On but I am not sure and I could not find a definitive answer on the internet or in the manual? Any help would be appreciated.

Got it. Thanks. Having trouble going through the diagnostics right now because I have some of the boards out but I seem to recall that sounds only came out for tests 1 thru 3. I will check those connections.
