Leaning posts will affect game play. They should be straight. It can be fixed. Are they loose and need to be tightened? If they they were over tightened at some point and did that cause the problem? Is a post bent? You need to determine the cause. There are several ways to fix it. Also need to know if these only screw into the wood or are through posts with nuts on the bottom. That can help determine options to fix it.

Now that you put the plastics on it it’s not as bad as it looked in the picture….should be fine.
