I have a PinBot machine.

Both Left & Right Flippers say "Lane Change," meaning, at minimum both should move the Extra Ball lite between lanes. But only the Right flipper does. (Also, during high score initials entry, I'm guessing the left flipper should go backwards through the letter choices, but it does nothing.)

As seen in the attached pictures, the Right flipper button has 3 contacts while the Left only has 2. I was thinking that could that be the issue, yet that third contact doesn't seem to be connected to anything (as indicated by the red arrow). Which makes me wonder why that third contact is there but not on the left one.

Any ideas about any of this?
