Picked up a nice Simpsons that had multiple lamp issues. I'm down to the last issue and could use a little help.
Shown in pictures is the column out.
Entire column is out.
As seen from my pictures I have replaced both transistors in the number 4 column. The resistor reads normal.
The small transistor on the left of the resistor reads fine before I put in/ on the board. Once I solder it in place it gives me a different reading from the others. Could RA7 be bad (9 pin resistor at the top of the column)? Or is something up or down the line causing it? Everything around it gives a correct reading.
I have continuity at the pin. Also getting a bad voltage at yellow-black pin.
Any help would be much appreciated.
