I think there's a set screw you may need to tighten to firmly hold the mech to the motor shaft. I think you may actually get access to that set screw through a hole in the side of the cab of the crane. Can't remember, it's been a while. If i recall correctly it may take a allen key for tightening. Good luck, it's a cool game!
