The DMD controller is continuously rebooting.

May be missing a voltage.

I'd try reseating the cables first. If that fails, you could swap your DMD controller with any other Data East/Sega/Stern, if you have another (make sure you swap ROM as well).

Probably need a new BASS chip.

If reseating the ribbon cables doesn't fix it, and it comes on, shows the rom info as noted, and then nothing else is displayed, the game isn't rebooting, and plays fine, it's likely the little 5v/ground connecton on the DMD controller board. This connector needs to be replaced on almost every DE/sega/and new Stern at some point.

Use molex and trifurcon pins, and reflow the headers.
