My LAH recently only had one issue which was the ripper coil was not engaging. I made a post about that and have got the tip replacement I believe is the problem. That thread is here:https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/lah-ripper-coil-not-firing#post-7465698

I replaced some lights on the playfield last night and went to start a game and the machine boots fine, plays music, etc… Once you hit the start button the dmd shows zeros instead of jack trying to shoot the helicopter and no ball is kicked into the shooter lane. It also does the music first tune and then goes sighlent when the skull shot music should start. Flippers do not work either. After a couple seconds the launch coil fires two times and that is it.

After turning it off and back on everything is fine, I can enter into the test menus and everything works fine. I have not replaced the tip122 yet and not sure if I should do that first or after diagnosing this.

I also checked the PIA LED FLASH SEQUENCE on the rotten dog cpu board and that reads like everything is fine.

Found a wrong sized blown fuse on the power supply board. Fuse f6 was bad. Replaced and ready to start kickin ass again
