Of course Chip is a big influence. Kyle does his own thing but the influence is strong and that's why it seems like a "Bad Chip" impression. In no way shape or form does Kyle credit all influences to be original. Chip is like Kyle's Richard Pryor. Eventually Kyle will evolve into his own but we all show our creative influences especially when just starting out.
