Ron's also a perfectionist! He wont let anything leave his shop that he's not 100% happy with. Seeing his work in person is pinball nirvana. 
I've done one. A Eight Ball Deluxe. All I can say is pictures, pictures, pictures! And more pictures! And work on it every day! I made a home made rotisserie too. That's a must. There's a guy on here that sells them for a good price.
