question on anyone who messes with more DE (then I do) I have a simpsons DE the knocker is locking. I see that Q39 and Q4 run the knocker with a relay the flashers are fine. In-circuit the tip36 and 101 test fine. coil at 4ohm.. just cut the coil for now (location game)
first whats up with the 50v knocker? second am I missing something what else would be locking this coil?
Might the ground lug of the coil be touching backbox ground?
Nothing else comes to mind other than a shorted transistor.
On location...cut it and forget it.
