Exactly ! I wasn’t involved in the scam but I’m a life long construction worker and I have handed out a couple beat-downs when it was necessary. I’m sure there are many others who have as well

You may be extrapolating on the original insinuation . Nothing was ever spelled out but one of the parties insinuated that things were said to the scammer that hastened his remuneration . No bridges were crossed in writing for reasons of self incrimination.
