i have a Kiss Pro.
I know, that some users ( a lot of users?) have had problems with stucking balls in Gene´s head. Maybe not the Pro only Premium /LE?
Stern send these owners a new metal thing to change it and to solve the problem.
I asked the german dealer for this part (if it is in my machine (it was his showroom game) what he should know or if not if i can have it as a backup, if i have the same problem in the future), he says, he never heard about a replacement part and i should give him the part number.

I am the customer, not the dealer, but okay, i will try my best and ask you (because i find nothing when i search, but my english is not so good to find the right keywords maybe) and hope there is someone who can help me.

Wow, Stern replied in warp-time, they send the part to my german distributor. He only has to contact them.
