    Did you convert the game to LEDs? Ghosting would be normal unless you properly added the Alltek LED jumper mod.

    Another thought, the driver could be shorted although that seems unlikely as you have new Alltek installed. If you pull the plugs from the lamp board these lamps are terminated on do they go and stay out? Look for something in common? Do they all terminate to the same bus? Could you have accidentally shorted the switched bus for these lamps to the GI?
    As for switch 12, that's the D target. if it looks OK suspect it's capacitor.
