    Would love GOT!

Before the unveiling of the disappointing Smaug on TH, I WOULD have preferred JJp to do that title.... Now.... Meh.... Guess it doesn't matter....

    Quoted from Wamprat:

Poll needs a don't care option.
If the rumors are true this is great news for me as I have no interest in either of these titles, especially kiss.

They do....so do threads.... You can just skip them without reading or posting in them.

    Quoted from vid1900:

You guys are all pretty silly.
There are a million great themes for pinball, but I'm not buying a game just because it says Game of Thrones on it.
I'll wait for the game to come out, wait until the code is reasonably complete, and then, IF the game is fun, I'll buy it.
Getting excited about a theme, is like getting excited about a new StarWars movie - you probably will be disappointed.

Sorry, but you sir are insane.

Buy a game AFTER you see it? AFTER you actually play it?

    Ludicrous.

Obviously you aren't aware of the whole pre-pay (and pray) model. All the cool kids are doing it.

    Kiss?

I guess after wresting and experts of dangerous, there's no theme too shitty to expect....

Might as well just get it over with...

    Quoted from jawjaw:

I don't see Stern making any original theme pins. License themes are so much easier in that you already have artwork, callouts, music, and other material to work with. Original themes need everything from scratch which probably costs more in the long run. Stern doesn't take many risks and follow the same formula while trimming costs everywhere they can. I don't blame them since it's a lot easier to gauge excitement over licensed themes than original. If you can get a license for a popular tv show or movie, you are pretty much guaranteed some success whether the game is good or not.

    Agree 100%.

The ONLY thing that I think could change this is a WILDLY successful game from Lawlor/JJP (which, btw, I'm praying for)!

But, damn, even if that happened, Stern could likely keep their factory humming with "safe bets":
    PPS remakes
    VE's
    rock band/movie/tv show/rinse-n-repeat themes
