Quoted from kporter946286:

Agreed Muppets is a terrible idea,

I don't get the anti-Muppets crowd. Who doesn't love The Muppets!? They've been around for every generation since the 70's, everyone on the planet knows Kermit. They're funny for kids and adults. Hits that perfect broad demographic for pinball, IMO....and - it's COMEDY! Aren't people always screaming for comedy pins?

Also this is the best song ever.

Quoted from eggbert52:

Stern would save a lot of money and make more money if they would forget about licenses and just hire John Popadiuk.

Wrong.

1. Strong licenses sell games. Cannot be debated.

2. John Popadiuk is the last person any pinball company wants to hire. He's a liability. There's a reason he's created his own currently imploding fantasy lab...he does not work well with others.

Star Wars!!!!!
Stern would be crazy not to jump on that

I wonder. It seems like a no brainier title, based on the fandom....however, how come there is such low demand for the 3 existing SW games? They're all $2k-ish. Sure to us pinheads it's because they're crap games, but a SW fan wouldn't care about that - they love crap if it says Star Wars on it! SW fans spend tons on merch, yet the demand for the 3 existing pins hasn't increased. I wonder why ....and I wonder if they'd care about a 4th.

Quoted from Pinball-Wiz:

Ya know what, I don't care what Stern puts out, just give me some unique, cool toys, good flow, and awesome code and I'll buy it.

Yup. Been a while since we've seen a game with good toys. Last one was Metallica, IMO. Star Trek - meh. Mustang - zero toys. TWD - lame toys. WWE - ring doesn't really seem to do much of anything.

Time for something really unique & fun!

Quoted from TOK:

They should just re-use the laser thing from Star Trek and have Paul Stanley go apeshit when it turns on.

Haha, I dig the laser as a cool MB lighting feature....would I consider it a toy? Not really...I'm all for putting it in another game though!
